Launch of Twin-Webinar Series on ‘The Economics of Migration’

A new opportunity for migration scholars to exchange and interact under the current exceptional circumstances

A new on-line seminar (Zoom webinars) series on The Economics of Migration has commenced. It is the result of a joint initiative between LISER’s Crossing Borders research programme, CERDI, PSE, the University of Luxembourg, Universidad Carlos III, CEPII and the IC Migrations and the Development Research Group of the World Bank. Its objective is to propose an opportunity to migration scholars for exchanging under the current exceptional circumstances.

The twin-webinar series is divided into a Senior and Junior segment:

Senior Seminars
The aim of the Senior Migration Seminar is to disseminate the most recent work by well-known researchers and to facilitate the interactions between institutions. It is open to anyone interested in the topics.
Senior seminars will be weekly, and held on Wednesdays from 17h30 to 18h30 CET.
You can add the schedule to your agenda here.

Junior Seminars
The aim of the Junior Migration Seminar is to provide PhD students and post-doctoral researchers the opportunity to present their work in front of fellow junior researchers and faculty members, from a broad range of institutions.
Junior seminars will be bi-weekly, and held on Mondays from 16h00 to 17h30 CET.
You can add the schedule to your agenda here.
