Brano is a Researcher in Housing Observatory within the Urban Development and Mobility Department, since May 2016. He has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate and planning research. He is Co-PI of an innovation project that brings real estate automated valuation together with a Luxembourg start-up. He holds a PhD degree in Real Estate & Planning from the TU/e Eindhoven and two MSc degrees. Prior to joining LISER, Brano was an Assistant Professor at Built Environment Department at TU/e since 2012. He received the European Real Estate Society Award for the Best Paper. Brano has extensive experience in setting-up decision support systems for the real estate and urban planning. His most recent research relates to housing price measurement and developing new housing concepts for increasingly mobile world. These two area of research are cover by two ongoing projects.
