María is Ph.D.in Statistics from the University Carlos III of Madrid (Spain), title of the disertation: Small area estimation under complex sampling designs. She is methodologist in Survey & Data center in LISER.
Her field of research is small area estimation, survey methodology and calibration estimators. She has participated in small area estimation conferences of 2016 in Maastrich and 2017 conference in Paris.
Currently, she is working on House Finance Consumption survey (HFCS), European Value Study (EVS).
