EU statistics on income and living conditions (EU-SILC 2021)
The project EU-SILC (European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions) 2021 is the main source for European statistics on income, social inclusion and living conditions which cover objective and subjective aspects of these themes in both monetary and non-monetary terms for both households and individuals.
STATEC will used the data collected and processed by LISER within this project to delivery of the EU SILC 2020 to EUROSTAT (the European Directorate-General for Statistics) according to Regulation (EC) No 1177/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 2003 concerning Community statistics on income and living conditions (EU-SILC).
The EU-SILC questionnaire is composed of a household section and an individual section, the latter will be applied to all household members. This year, households that have been monitored over the last four years and that have responded last year will be contacted by telephone, while new households randomly selected from the National Register of Natural Persons (registre national des personnes physiques (RNPP)) will entirely respond by internet. The survey will take place from 15/09 to 15/12.
