2nd LISER-IAB Conference on Digital Transformation and the Future of Work

About the Conference

Following the successes of the 2020 Conference, we are organizing the second conference focused on Digital Transformation and the Future of Work

The conference will take place on September 20-21, 2021. In light of the health safety recommendations and uncertainty pertaining to international travel, the conference will be virtual. The two-day format will feature keynote speeches, and about 30 paper presentations in parallel sessions.

To expand the frontiers of global knowledge on the consequences of digitalization on employment, we are interested in papers that focus on:

Working tasks · Skills · Wages · Motivation · Performance · Health · Well-being · Work-life balance · Workplace organization · Job design · Workforce structures · Performance · Functional areas · Shifts in labor demand and supply · Gig economy · Crowd working · Online labor markets · Employee mobility · Work family decisions · Education and training systems

Please visit our website for more details and content on the previous conference.
