The Competence Centre in Experimental and Participatory Research (EXPAR) is a cross-departmental initiative. The European Social Policy Analysis Network mobilises national expert teams across 39 countries. It monitors reforms, assesses policy challenges and produces country-level and comparative evidence for the European Commission.
