The workshop will be hosted jointly by the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) and the Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union (IAAEU). It offers a venue for PhD candidates and Post-Docs to present their work on issues currently discussed in labour or personnel economics. Both theoretically- and empirically-oriented contributions are welcome and we particularly encourage PhD students to submit their research. Moreover, the workshops provides networking opportunities and should foster the exchange of new ideas.
