A new report from the European Social Policy Analysis Network (ESPAN), an EU-funded international research network coordinated by LISER, examines how homelessness is addressed across the EU and how these efforts align with wider anti-poverty policies. Based on national reports prepared by ESPAN teams, the study supports Member States in designing effective strategies and addressing investment gaps to eradicate homelessness. The report concludes with concrete recommendations to improve the integration and complementarity of homelessness and anti-poverty measures, calling for coordinated action at national and EU levels.
Scientific evidence from LISER underpins Luxembourg’s first National Action Plan against racism and discrimination.
