The workshop brings together economists, geographers and sociologists working on inequalities in the ownership of land and housing in different national contexts. It consists of two keynotes (Jacques-Francois Thisse and Louis Chauvel), four paper presentations and a roundtable that will discuss possible policy tools to more effectively redistribute the wealth generated by rapidly increasing land and housing prices.
