An increase in the monthly advertised rent for flats particularly true in the centre of the country

Statistics presented in this indicator correspond to the rents requested by landlords when they submit a rental advertisement. These are monthly rents, without rental charges (heating, electricity, water, etc.).

A steady increase in the average sale price per m² for existing flats

Since 2008, the sale prices of existing apartments have increased quite significantly in the territory of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg; the average growth rate is about 4.0% per year.

New flat constructions more concentrated in the urban centres

Apartments under construction refer to apartments sold off-plan (Vente en Etat Futur d’Achèvement - VEFA). Since 2008, the sale prices of apartments under construction have increased quite significantly in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg; the average growth rate is about 4.7% per year.
